Welcome to Prevail – aka your newest obsession. Whether or not it’s your first time boxing, we require all first-time Prevailers to join us 30 minutes early for your first class (20 is actually fine but it’s LA so we legally have to say 30.) Late arrivals will be rescheduled for another class.

First Time

Here’s what you can expect for your first visit →

1. Check In

Leave extra time to find parking and arrive 30 minutes before your class. Wear comfy workout clothes and sneakers. Check-in with our front desk when you get here.

2. Get ready

Your first class includes a pair of wraps and a glove rental. Your coach will wrap your hands, take you through the boxing basics, and explain the class structure.

3. Dynamic Warmup

We’ll kick things off with a 10-minute warmup to get your body moving and introduce the combo of the day.

4. Boxing Circuit

This is where the fun begins. Expect 15–20 minutes of high-energy rounds on the heavy bag, with a mix of things like shadowboxing, resistance training, and occasional 1:1 mitt rounds with a coach.

5. Killer Conditioning

A 10–15 minute full-body push that challenges your endurance, stamina, and mindset. It’s the hardest part – and the most rewarding.

6. Cool Down

After class, stick around to stretch, chat with your coach, or connect with your classmates. Don’t forget to check out at the front desk.
