The Workout

Our high-energy group boxing classes are designed to help you sculpt a lean and toned physique, build endurance, and increase your confidence – all through the art of boxing. We welcome all levels of boxers and pride ourselves in being especially beginner-friendly – we all start somewhere. No matter which class you join, here’s the PRVL promise: the workout is meticulously designed, our playlists are fire, and our coaches are the most passionate in the game.

  • Call it our OG workout, call it our bread & butter, or just call it the best class you’ll ever take. It’s the perfect blend of boxing and full-body burn, designed to teach you technique while pushing your conditioning to the next level. All levels welcome.

  • Refine your boxing technique with a focus on defense, strategic setups, controlled exits, and light partner work. This class is open to all levels, but we recommend having a basic understanding of boxing fundamentals before joining.

  • Focus on your strength and conditioning in this muscle-sculpting workout that features a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more. It’s not a boxing class, but your punches will be more powerful because of it. All levels welcome.

  • Considering stepping into the ring? SPAR is more than just a class—it’s your chance to apply your skills in a controlled setting while receiving real-time feedback from experienced coaches. You’ll face challenges, take hits, and push past your limits. It won’t be easy, but if you’re willing to fight for it, you just might PREVAIL. Coach’s approval required.
