Studio Policies
Prevail is a welcoming space created to support you in your pursuit of self-excellence. We ask that all clients follow studio etiquette and demonstrate kindness towards others to ensure that every member of our community has a positive experience.
Class Purchases
All class purchases are final — no refunds, exchanges, or transfers to other clients allowed. Please check expiration dates when booking.
Class Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to keep your class credit.
Late cancellations and no-shows (less than 12 hour notice) for class packs, single classes, 4x/8x memberships, or trials will result in loss of that class.
Unlimited members: $10 fee for a late cancel, $20 for a no-show.
Private/semi-private sessions require 24-hour notice to cancel. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a loss of the session.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk losing your spot to a standby client.
Waitlist
If a class is full, join the waitlist—you’ll be automatically added if a spot opens 12+ hours before class (you’ll receive an email).
The 12-hour cancellation rule still applies if you're added from the waitlist.
Remove yourself 12+ hours in advance if you no longer want the spot.
Late Arrivals
Arrive early enough to wrap your hands and stay for the full class.
Running late? Call us! WeHo: (323) 452-0101 | NoHo: (818) 308-7938
We’ll hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after class starts if you call ahead. Otherwise, you may lose your spot to a standby client.
Handwrap Help
Need help wrapping? Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Coaches can’t wrap hands in the last 5 minutes before class.
Membership Terms
Memberships are billed every 28 days.
To cancel your membership and autopay, email info@prevailboxing.com to request a cancellation form. Submit the completed form at least 28 days before your next payment to avoid being charged again.
If you submit your form less than 28 days before your next payment, you’ll be charged for one final billing cycle before cancellation.
Unpaid final payments will prevent the cancellation from being processed and will result in an outstanding balance; this balance will continue to accrue until proper cancellation is completed.
Membership Freezes
We get that life happens - injuries, pregnancy, or medical stuff can pop up. If that’s the case, here’s what you need to know about freezing your membership:
Eligibility: You can freeze your membership for medical reasons, including pregnancy. We'll need a signed doctor’s note to process it.
Length: Freezes must be for full calendar months—no partial freezes. You can freeze for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months.
How Often: There’s no cap on the number of freezes per year as long as each one is backed by valid documentation.
Fees: Medical freezes are totally free—no charge.
Billing: We’ll pause your payments during the freeze. If you’ve prepaid, we’ll tack the freeze time onto the end of your membership.
Studio Access: While your membership is frozen, you won’t be able to take class or use the space—but you're welcome to stop by for things like merch or community events.
To request a freeze, email us at info@prevailboxing.com at least 5 days before you want it to start. Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.
3rd Party Sign Ups
Prevail does not have the ability to schedule, change, or cancel a class booked through ClassPass or Gym Pass.
Age Requirements
Classes are for ages 16+.
If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign your first waiver. No exceptions.
Unaccompanied Minors & Pets
As much as we love them, please do not leave your unattended kids or pets in the lobby.
