5.1. You acknowledge that boxing and fitness activities carry inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your participation. 5.2. If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, consult a physician before engaging in classes. 5.3. You must follow all safety instructions provided by our trainers and staff.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1. By participating in our classes, you waive any claims against Prevail Boxing, its employees, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage incurred. 6.2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Prevail Boxing and may not be used without permission. 7.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our materials is prohibited.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
