Studio Manager - West Hollywood, CA

Prevail Boxing is looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and results-driven leader to take full ownership of the success of our West Hollywood studio. As Studio Manager, you’ll run day-to-day operations, lead the front desk team, and drive studio performance — from sales and member experience to facility upkeep and team culture. The right person is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced, people-first fitness environment. This is a full-time, in-studio role that requires schedule flexibility, including early morning or evening shifts and one weekend day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Leadership

  • Take full ownership of studio performance – sales, service, systems, and space

  • Set the tone daily – foster a warm, high-energy environment that reflects the Prevail brand

  • Ensure every member feels seen, supported, and excited to be part of the community

Sales & Growth

  • Own studio goals, and drive revenue and membership growth through strategic thinking, innovation, and strong team leadership

  • Track and report on key metrics such as intro offer conversions, member retention, and studio utilization

  • Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships

Operations

  • Serve as a consistent front desk presence, ensuring a high standard of service and stepping in as needed to support daily operations

  • Oversee front desk coverage, payroll, retail inventory, and facility maintenance

  • Ensure the studio is always clean, professional, and operating smoothly

  • Resolve client issues quickly and thoughtfully

Team Management

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage the front desk team

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and retention

  • Lead by example with energy, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and back-of-house staff to ensure alignment

  • Cultivate an intentional, team-first culture that drives performance and morale.

Culture & Community

  • Build strong relationships with clients and create a welcoming studio vibe

  • Take the lead in building a vibrant, connected community by creating events, partnerships, and touchpoints that deepen client loyalty and engagement.

  • Celebrate wins, highlight client milestones, and foster community

  • Be a brand ambassador for Prevail both in and out of the studio

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in fitness (preferred), hospitality, or retail in a management role

  • Proven ability to lead a team and hit goals, and own outcomes

  • Highly resourceful and comfortable solving problems independently

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and one weekend day per week

  • Passion for fitness, personal growth, and creating great experiences
